Jennifer Miller, the Veteran Mortgage Warrior, has faced countless battles in her life; financially, physically, emotionally, professionally. As a firm believer of "dreams don’t work unless you do,” she has turned every pain in to purpose.  As the Veteran Mortgage Warrior, she works hand in hand with clients to help them overcome the same challenges she faced, paving a smooth path to homeownership. Jennifer entered the mortgage world by chance in 2006, but has stayed all these years by choice. She has helped thousands of families on their Home Ownership journey. National Mortgage Professional Magazine recognized her as one of Mortgage Banking’s Most Powerful Women.

As a Blue Star Mother Jennifer finds extra joy in helping Veterans and Active Duty Service Men/Women achieve their dream of homeownership. To combat the ongoing myths about the VA loan she educates real estate agents and other loan officers on the TRUTHS of VA Loan benefits.  As the Veteran Mortgage Warrior she also guides agents in business planning, time management, expanding their social media presence, and how to get involved in their local community to best serve their clients.

Her son Dylan is in the United States Navy and her daughter Kaitlyn began attending college in 2022. Jennifer and her husband reside in Simpsonville SC. They share their recently empty nest with their French Bulldogs Tori, Cooper, and Poppy.
